Draft Model Constitution for State Associations – Invitation for Comments and Suggestions

The Equestrian Federation of India (“EFI”) has placed the Draft Model Constitution for State Associations in the public domain as part of its commitment to a transparent, consultative and inclusive governance reform process.

All stakeholders, including State/UT Associations, athletes, officials, clubs, technical personnel and members of the equestrian community, are invited to review the Draft Model Constitution and submit their comments, suggestions and recommendations.

Guidelines for Submission

• Please submit one consolidated comment for each Article, irrespective of the number of clauses covered. Where comments relate to specific clauses within an Article, kindly indicate the relevant clause number(s).
• Please submit one consolidated comment for each Schedule. Where comments relate to specific items within a Schedule, kindly indicate the relevant item number(s).
• To facilitate any clarification, respondents are requested to provide their name and e-mail address while submitting the form. These fields are mandatory.
• All comments received within the stipulated timeline will be duly compiled and considered as part of the review and finalisation process.
