Draft Constitution of the Equestrian Federation of India (EFI) – Invitation for Comments and Suggestions

The Equestrian Federation of India ( “EFI” ) has placed the Draft Constitution in the public domain as part of its commitment to a transparent, consultative and inclusive constitutional reform process.

All stakeholders, including State/UT Associations, athletes, officials, clubs, technical personnel and members of the equestrian community, are invited to review the Draft Constitution and submit their comments, suggestions or recommendations.

Submission of Comments

Last Date for Submission: 30th June 2026. 

Responses will be accepted from: 19th June 2026 to 30th June 2026. 

Guidelines for Submission

* Please submit one consolidated comment for each Article, irrespective of the number of clauses covered. Where your comments relate to specific clauses within an Article, kindly indicate the relevant clause number(s).

* Please submit one consolidated comment for each Schedule. Where your comments relate to specific items within a Schedule, kindly indicate the relevant item number(s).

* To facilitate any clarification, respondents are requested to provide their name and e-mail address while submitting the form. These fields are mandatory.

*All comments received within the stipulated timeline will be duly compiled and considered as part of the constitutional review process.
